I have an efficiency apartment in Dallas. I thought the cleaning would be very cheap for my very simple place. While it would not take them 2 hours to clean my efficiency, they would only do a 2 hour minimum, which made it somewhat uneconomical. They said, however, that they would throw in a refrigerator cleaning to make up the difference, which is something I needed. I agreed. 1.) They didn't clean my walk-in closet (though I left the door open), which, given the small size of the apartment, was a big percentage of it not cleaned -- didn't vacuum or anything; 2.) They re-arranged EVERYTHING, I mean everything, all my knick-knacks, my books, my kitchen appliances. I had to spend the better part of an hour putting my small place back in order. They apparently thought the mousepad was a doilly, I mean...; 3.) The bathtub was hardly touched. No scrubbing done there, just a wipe clean. It was "cleaned" but not clean; 4.) Lots of surfaces were not dusted (top of computer, coffee table, etc.); 5.) The vacuuming was apparently a quick once over and done, no furniture moved (and there wasn't much to move); 5.) The stove-top burners were left on. I don't know if they accidentally turned all four of them on, or if they meant to , but forgot to turn them off? My apartment was hot and I'm glad it didn't burn down. This alone should make you say no to them; 6.) The kicker -- they forgot to clean the refrigerator. They didn't touch it. I had to call them back the next day to clean it, which, to their credit, they did for free. Still, they are not recommended.

We recently moved to Dallas and have tried several maid services. We chose Dallas Maids because they simply outperformed the other services we tried.

For the first time in 22 years, I decided to go with a cleaning service as opposed to an individual and I have no idea why I waited so long. The services provided by Dallas Maids are wonderful and Cecilia is spectacular, we adjore her! She always arrives on time along with all of the necessary cleaning supplies. She is very professional, pleasant, efficient, great with my two dogs, and always goes out of her way to perform a superior job. From time to time, management will contact me to ensure that I am satified with the service, which is greatly appreciated I couldn't be happier with Dallas Maids and give them triple thumbs up - they are the BEST!!!

Neither of the two maids sent to my house spoke english. We had to call the main office to have my directions translated. When I called to schedule the appointment I requested a "detail" cleaning (the highest level of cleaning they offer) for a tenant move out. I specifically communicated that a very deep cleaning would be required particularly on the floors and floor boards and a poor job was done on both. I requested to have the oven cleaned and they cleaned the oven but didn't even touch the broiler. They removed screens from my windows while cleaning the window sills, did not replace the screens and did a poor job on several of the sills. My vertical blinds actually looked worse when they were done due to the streaking caused by not being thoroughly wiped down. Items on my nightstand and bookcase were moved so that the furniture surfaces could be cleaned and the items were left strewn on my bed. I can't communicate how disappointed I was in the quality of the work. The only good thing I can say is that when I called to complain they reduced their rate.

I used this Dallas Maid service a few times and am now a full time bi-weekley customer. Maria and Reyna came by a few weeks ago and they were on time and amazing. They cleaned things I didn't even realize that needed cleaning. This is hands down the BEST MAID SERVICE in the Metroplex!!!!
