Saw a Molly Maid car one day while returning from work and how timely. The estimator was very professional and she customize the service according to our needs. The maids did an outstanding job especially in areas I have always had difficulty with. The bathrooms & kitchen look great & clean. The price is reasonable as we have shop around before deciding on signing up for the service. We have been a regular customer for about 6 months on an alternate week schedule and the service has been excellent especially the office is always willing to work with us. If we are not happy which happened on two separate occasions, no problem. It get fixed the next day and the same problem does not happen again. Keep up the good work Molly Maid, I am counting on you!

I used Molly Maid alternate weekly and they have delivered their service for more than a year in my home. The work done by the team has always been of good quality. Not flawless all the time but easily beats the other services I have tried the past few years. I can see they always tried hard to maintain consistency. Offers a fairly reasonable price relative to the other quotes I have seen when I was looking to try another service. Had several bad experiences with independants although they offer a significantly lower price. I guess you get what you pay for. The maids are courteous and friendly. The owner has always tried to work with me and ensure the service meets my expectation. Appreiciate the surprise follow-up every now and then to check how the service is performing. BTW, had a breakage incident once, they took care of it without a problem and even reported the incident same day during the clean. If you need a good house cleaning service, try Molly Maid.

Started with Molly Maid as an occasional one-time clean to check them out and ended up signing for regular service. Never turn back since !! The management are serious about quality of service and customer satisfaction. Price is not the cheapest but very reasonable for a maid service company. I have tried many others but can never find the right company that will attend to my needs. I am particular in details though. I would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, friendly & quality service.

For the past year, we have been looking for a reliable & quality maid service. After trying out several maid services, we are delighted to have our current Molly Maid team in our home. Imagine a home with 5 kids & 3 pets to upkeep. The team is courteous and friendly and in every visit they do the same quality clean of our home. When we tried Molly Maid the first time, our kids was like "WoW, who just cleaned our house mom?" We always look forward on the day of the clean to return home. If it is not right, they will be back to make it right. They are sure serious about customer service and quality as I do receive occasional calls from the office making sure the service is meeting our need and expectation. They do listen. This is a good service and I have recommended to friends who had similar experiences. Keep up the good work!
