If you like working hard, laughing, stretching, cracking jokes, running and having your day start off right, this is the place for you! I have never been an early morning person and I most definitely was never a runner, now I am both! The workouts are flexible, but you never walk away feeling like you weren't challenged. The trainer is encouraging, but pushes us to do a little more than we thought we could, all the while we are laughing and having a great time. Just as you realize you are working out and tired, the hour is done and you can check taking care of yourself off your list. That right there is enough for me. You can't beat it, it's good for you, it's fun, and it is all done before your to do list has even started! Come join us!
Pros: All women, workout is personalized, so much fun, being outside, challenging & fun!
Cons: lots of sweat!

Very few things will get me out of bed at 5am, but Lean Ladies Boot Camp is at the top of the list. A great group of women with varying degrees of fitness levels, paired with an incredible instructor make for a fun, intense and completely gratifying and tiring workout experience. Sarah makes you believe you can finish a set of exercises or a run when you think you can't and motivates you to go on when you may not believe that you will. I have recommended this boot camp to all of my friends and will continue to do so!!!

Lean Ladies Boot Camp is great. The women who attend are fun and motivating. Sarah Randstrom makes it challenging but encourages you all the way. I am in the best shape of my life thanks to Sarah! She meets you where you are and then pushes you farther. Don't let the time turn you off - I love my sleep - but with lots of obligations during the day, you will be glad to have your workout behind you. It gives you time to focus on YOU! Come join us!
