Currently, Julio lives and works in
Dallas, Texas where he is inspired and where his continued to create new paintings for his collections inspired by a high been God the Son and the Holy spirit.  His works of art are mysterious with positive expressions, Originated, Collected Illustrated pieces and that each person should experience each piece individually - seeing them subjectively, understanding them through their own eyes. In his work, he fuses his own perspective, his artistic vision, and inspiration. Julio believes that He uses his talents to pass messages to those who see his paintings and illustrations, and to inspire them, to make them understand their pain and suffering.  Pease Love and harmony is the main keys and feelings he likes to work on; in many ways we all search and need the healing from a bad experience or situation.

Julio relies on his audiences' reactions to his work to give him energy. With this energy, he explores new forms of expression in his art. Everything Julio paints is submerged in details and color: some forms are recognizable, others blurred. Interpreting the painting may take time as the viewer wonders over the allegorical figures and shapes. Sometimes, spiritual symbols are set to represent things more felt than seen.

In 2008 he enter a competition that won First place and was printed to all Hispanic Yellow Pages.  At this moment Julio is continuing creating new Painting searching to be recognize for his effort and talent giving to him from the most high.  With his better half  Shura Lee Echenique who is also an artist they are looking to enjoy a life of an Artist in this time.
