Smith High School Reviews

Smith is a very unenthusiastic school when it comes to unity and spirit. Athletically, we are not incredible. However, the size isn't to big so you will get to be closer with the people you want to be with, but then again highschool will have drama and it's offsides. The International Business Academy is the main reason why I am here! I think it is the best academy because it is more generalized and helps people figure what they're good at and how the workforce is. Great field trips, and DECA is just GREAT! :)

When I went to Smith I loved it. They have great teachers and academic programs. If you have a child who has spanish as a native language they will love the specialized spanish courses for spanish speaking students. Not only did I learn my native language better but, also a lot more about my own culture. I would definitely recommend Smith.

I now have my third child in this school and I am more pleased than ever with the attention given to us. Mr. Pouncy has certainly made an impression on the Newman Smith family and his leadership has brought many wise teachers to the classes there. The staff here really does 'care.'
