Mike Moseley Elementary School Reviews

Wonderful principal, teachers and staff. My son is a special needs child and he and our family have been very happy here. He has been made welcomed and loved from the first day to his last. Many thanks to Ms. Millam and Mrs. Riggle. We love you and will miss you and your tender hearts.

I think that the school is off to a great start. There is much room for improvement but we have a principal that is known for creating great schools with top scores. Parent envolvement is key to any school. I feel with evaluations of teachers and a closer involvement from the school that this school with be top notch by the end of this coming school year!

I hope that with this being the first year for Moseley Elementary that things get better. I think there are a few really great teachers there, however, I feel there is a lack of communication between the parents and the teachers. The teachers I have been in contact with are more likely to say what they think you want to hear to pacify you than to help you address concerns and help you help your child. Also, they have this 'no fly zone' put into place by the principal which would be great if the teachers followed this instead of telling the children they are tattle telling. They need to work on the extracurricular activities and the school spirit. This school is definately in need of more parent involvement. Educationally where's the tutoring? I don't think teachers should choose which students need the extra help and which don't.
